Rules, Ethics and Protocols

As part of our commitment to transparency, we publish in this page our rules, ethics statements and protocols. These include our policy on privacy, and our rules on Best Practice in Fundraising, which is based on the Spanish Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Code of Ethical Standards (https://www.aefundraising.org/), and on the European Fundraising Association’s International Statement of Ethical Principles (https://efa-net.eu/). 
Terra is working towards the Good Governance and Transparency guidelines of the Spanish Foundation Association (https://www.fundaciones.org/).
